  31. Well, for a year and an half I was the support desk for an ISP - largely
  32. PC users.  90% of the users conenction problems were sorted by getting
  33. them to select hardware hand shaking on their PC *and their modem*.
  34. Don't just set it on your Arc - check your modem is using it (&k3 on
  35. most rockwell based modems)...
